Can you afford not to stage your listing?
These are the 5 key principles that inform every Casa Bella Staging + Design project:
Before a buyer ever considers making an offer, he or she must be able to imagine what it’s like to live in a home.
It’s important that design selections remain neutral in order to appeal
to the largest pool of buyers possible.
To maintain a buyer’s attention and achieve visual interest, key focal points should be identified and highlighted throughout the home.
Harmony between the existing home structure and inserted design selections
is essential in order to achieve a natural, appealing environment.
From fixtures to floor coverings, each item in the home must reflect
a proper understanding of proportion to ensure that buyers remain focused on imagining—not critiquing.
“Working with Casa Bella Staging + Design was so easy. They are very
