A 2019 study revealed that buyers spend an average of *124 hours searching for their dream home—and the vast majority of that time goes toward scouring listing sites like Zillow and Redfin. With so many properties competing for attention online, how can you be sure that yours will not only shine, but sell?
THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE. ACCORDING TO
THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS . . .
OF BUYER’S AGENTS SAID THAT STAGING AFFECTS THE WAY BUYERS VIEW A PROPERTY.
OF BUYERS FIND THAT STAGING MAKES IT EASIER
TO VISUALIZE A PROPERTY AS THEIR FUTURE HOME.
OF BUYERS WILL PAY MORE FOR A MOVE-IN READY HOME.
STAGING A VACANT HOME TYPICALLY COSTS LESS THAN ONE MORTGAGE PAYMENT, YET SAVES AN AVERAGE OF
THREE. CAN YOU AFFORD NOT TO STAGE YOUR LISTING?

These are the 5 key principles that inform every Casa Bella Staging + Design project:
Before a buyer ever considers making an offer, he or she must be able to imagine what it’s like to live in a home.
It’s important that design selections remain neutral in order to appeal
to the largest pool of buyers possible.
To maintain a buyer’s attention and achieve visual interest, key focal points should be identified and highlighted throughout the home.
Harmony between the existing home structure and inserted design selections
is essential in order to achieve a natural, appealing environment.
From fixtures to floor coverings, each item in the home must reflect
a proper understanding of proportion to ensure that buyers remain focused on imagining—not critiquing.
“Working with Casa Bella Staging + Design was so easy. They are very
professional, and their staging concept is incredible. I’ve staged some of
my other homes and their furniture does not compare. I got an offer within
48 hours above asking price. If you need staging don’t think twice about
hiring Casa Bella Staging + Design.”

After receiving your inquiry by email, phone call or text message, we’ll
set a date and time to see your house in person. During our tour, expect
us to take pictures of each space, write down measurements, and do a
bit of brainstorming.
Following our initial appointment, you will receive a proposal outlining the cost and details of your staging package. Your staging day
will be scheduled as soon as your contract is signed. To ensure the
best outcome for your custom design plan, we appreciate 2-3 weeks
of advance notice.
If your home is occupied, we will connect you with professional movers who can assist with packing and storing your furnishings. Once the staging is set, it’s yours for 90 days or until your listing
has sold. If our prior projects are any indication, it won’t be long!
