Once you’ve decided to stage your home (a fabulous decision, if you ask us), you just need to find a home stager you can trust. The difference between a budget stager and a luxury one shows up in the photos, in the in-person experience, and ultimately in the offers. But by the time you see those results, you’ve already signed a contract. So it’s important to ask questions, listen closely to their answers, and find the team that most aligns with your vision! Here at Casa Bella Staging and Design, we’re all about transparency, which is why we’re giving you a list of questions to ask your home stager, complete with our own answers to those same questions.

Most stagers ask for photos and square footage and build a proposal from there. But Casa Bella walks every property in person before doing anything else. Our team takes measurements, photographs each room, and starts planning on the spot. We find that proposals built from photos miss the details that make or break a staging. Photos can’t always capture the natural light, the ceiling height, how the rooms flow, or the most important focal points. An in-person walk-through ensures your staging feels custom, rather than thrown together.
What you see on our website and Instagram is furniture we own, not rented, and not sourced from a catalog. Our inventory is high-end, curated, and rotated regularly as homes sell and are re-staged. That rotation means no two stagings look the same. Pieces move in and out based on what each property needs, not what’s sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. View real pieces from real staged homes in our gallery and on Instagram.

On staging day, a crew of 4-5 team members will arrive and stage your entire home in one day. They require exclusive access—no owners or agents present—so the team can work without interruption. Once the home is complete, we take professional photos and even create a few reels for your real estate agent to add to the listing or social media. Most homes are completely finished and photo-ready within that same day, with listing photography typically scheduled within 24–48 hours after staging.
You can learn more about our staging process in this blog.
Typically, the client pays for the staging service—whether that’s the homeowner directly, the realtor covering it as part of their listing service, or a shared arrangement. This blog goes into extensive detail about the payment process so there’s no confusion.
Payment is always due upfront and in full when the contract is signed. This is standard for professional staging companies because it allows us to begin warehouse prep and scheduling as soon as the contract is signed.
The difference between a luxury stager and a budget one is visible before a buyer even walks through the door. It shows up in the listing photos. Casa Bella is a luxury home staging company. We offer clear and proactive communication, so you know exactly what’s happening at every stage of the process. Our in-person walkthroughs ensure we’re creating an aligned and elevated design for your home, and we go above and beyond to make sure your home looks cohesive.
Often, low-budget stagers use mismatched furniture, sparse accents, and small art pieces. These make the rooms feel unfinished. Meanwhile, at Casa Bella, every piece is chosen to signal value. We use matching furniture that works seamlessly with other pieces as well as the style of the house. Our bedding and textiles are quality pieces, layered the way a designer would. And we always use beds with real mattresses, not frames with decorative pillows thrown on top. We also select art pieces that fit the space, because properly scaled art elevates a room’s perceived worth in a way that buyers feel immediately. Everything we use works together to create a designer look, elevating the perceived value of your home.

Staging isn’t just about making a home look nice. It’s about making the right buyers stop, connect, and make an offer. Working with a home stager requires a high level of trust, and that’s not something we take lightly. We want you to feel fully confident in us and our abilities, so we welcome any questions you may have! Contact us to ask more questions, or to receive a custom proposal for staging your home.
